Baked a strawberry rhubarb pie for Father's Day. It'd been a while since I did a lattice so I did the edge wrong, but overall I'm pleased. First fruit pie of the season down! #happyfathersday #baking #bskybakers

Strawberry rhubarb pie redux! Little more ambitious with the top this time which maybe wasn't the best idea on a warm day, but I just about managed to keep it cool enough throughout. It's still kind of a mess but as long as it tastes as good as the last one I'm happy😁 #bskybakers #baking #pie #food
