It could be beginner gains, but my progress this year is WAY BETTER than when I was pre-HRT & doing personal training a few years ago
Does estrogen somehow make me buffer? Or improve mind-muscle connection by reducing dysphoria & improving muscle recovery?? I have no fuckin' clue

We keep a bounded ring buffer of 5 samples per fingerprint (first seen, last 3 seen, plus any sample where exitCode or file path differed) while incrementing totalCount forever. That keeps disk checkpoints tiny even in a 500-turn runaway loop without losing edge-case forensics!

The sticky note is a great trick. Seeing the next three bills on the desk does what an app reminder never quite manages. Do you set those amounts to the exact bill, or round up a little for a buffer?
