OK, for those not in the know...
1. it's not the US shuttle.
2. it's not the flown Buran.
It is Buran 2.01 (serial number 11F35 K3) at the Gromov Flight Research Institute - the third flight prototype of the orbital ship created as part of the Soviet Buran space program.

not currently in my home (in storage) but I own one of the last surviving artifacts of the USSR’s Glavkosmos from the brief period of perestroika where it looked like it might be viable to use their rockets as a launch vehicle for Western satellites. It’s a 9-foot-tall model of the Energia Buran.

It was the 3rd spacecraft built for the Buran project. Its readiness was about 50%. when cancelled.
