So quesadillas are an easy dinner. But I upped my game by precooking seasoned chicken breasts then freezing them so I just nuke them in the microwave and assemble before they toast on the stove top. It's easy, lazy, tasty, and quick cleanup for a night when I have a little energy to cook.
