In my philippines holiday, we went to the whaleshark encounter spot in Oslob! It was very cool and they were very cute uwu

Another thing. You won’t be told this until you get there but you’re not allowed to wear sunscreen when whale shark watching, especially not if you’re going into the water with them. The chemicals in sunscreen are bad for the butanding.

Btw, they’re sharks not whales. Only they’re gentle and safe to be around. This activity is strictly regulated so the butanding are protected and everyone has fun.
