I think there were more progressives this time and more people to actually vote For instead of just Against. Its not just the calcified dem establishment anymore and the incoming dem civil war is going to be critical.

They're calcified and old. They need to go, or break out of the shell of Yglesias-advisors and made-up families that has been steering their god-awful negotiations. The way to keep them in power is to raise the approval of the party.
