Starting in Santander, the walk felt uninspiring, though it could have been the fatigue from not sleeping the night after the flight. I pushed on, eager to leave the city behind, but when I saw this view, the Camino spirit came rushing back.

The rocks are grounded, unyielding and steadfast while the water flows around them, restless, alive, and free.

There will be times when you need to embody one more than the other. The Camino is teaching me when to change, when to flow or be grounded.

Pilgrimshärbärge i Baamonde, Lugo, Spanien... Fint att dela utrymme med 94 rosendoftande och snarkfria vandrare.. (men jag brukar sova som en stock)(väldigt fin och vänskaplig stämning)
