I go look to replace it two years later.
Only place I can find it is eBay. Damn, cost prohibited.

Find public domain book in .pdf format
Didn't change file name so it is listed as the ISBN.pdf in the library.
Delete file from library.
Rename file.
Use send to Kindle and add it to library.
Success!
