The TEXT option is kinda hidden when you do Magic Eraser

You have to scroll the button looking things that say what you want to erase, text is near the end.

To the RIGHT of each element I can write, go off script, answer questions, etc...

Tip: In your lesson plan put the TEMPLATE LINK so it creates a copy and doesn't mess up your original so you can reuse it.
