## Predictive Kinetic Formulation of Minoxidil Bioavailability Enhancement in Topical Foams Utilizing Shear-Thinning Polymers
**Abstract:** This research explores a novel approach to enhance minoxidil bioavailability in topical foam formulations through precise kinetic modeling of polymer-induced shear thinning and controlled drug release. We introduce a predictive kinetic formulation (PKF) that integrates rheological properties of shear-thinning polymers (specifically Carbopol Ultrez 21 and Ethylcellulose) with drug diffusion kinetics within the foam matrix. The PKF facilitates optimized polymer selection and concentration, resulting in significantly improved minoxidil penetration through the stratum corneum (SC) and increased overall bioavailability.
