Swedish cardamom buns. Hadn't made these for ages - the cardamom and cinnamon smell is so wonderfully festive. Like most of my bakes, it's wonky, but that doesn't impact the flavour. 😄

Hier liggen de vitrines vol croissants en cardamombuns en de kans is groot dat je daarvoor in de rij moet wachten. Juist dat vinden eigenaren Olivier van der Ree (38) en Casper Talsma (43) de kracht: “Wat meer tijd nemen om te genieten.”

Cardamom "cinnamon" buns 85% cardamom, 10% cinnamon, 5% clove. Soft with an icing sugar glaze (paçzski vodka, cardamom, cream,and butter). While the structure is more american, the flavors are Swedish/Indian.
