Really happy with how this came out.

I’m not much of a spooky fan, but I do love an autumn read. The Killing of a Chestnut Tree by @oliverklangmead.bsky.social was perfect. All the classic whodunit trimmings built in a lovingly kind setting. Excellent read. I wish I’d had a green leather chair by a fire to cherry-top my hygge sundae.

Halloween was fun with cute kids/teens, adorable and creative costumes (for the most part). This morning I made an ofrenda for my mom and dad. Still love and miss them something fierce and also forever grateful for the six decades I had them in my life.
