So the Outsider was supposedly tricked by Cegorach and imprisoned by Kurnous. That's pretty damn interesting!
Speaking of the Outsider, I always assumed he was the most powerful C'tan. But apparently that honour goes to the Void Dragon. The more you know!

I've also seen at least two different accounts for what Cegorach did
The first is that he tricked the Outsider into eating the other C'tan by claiming it'll make him more powerful
The other has the Outsider trying to eat Cegorach but Cegorach kept teleporting away so some C'tan got eaten instead

As for the the harlequins (aka the arebennian, aka solitaires); basically the aeldari used to have various gods, but after their empire's fall their only surviving god is Cegorach. The harlequins worships him and rely on his protection
