I've been very ill, at the start of October, as a celiac, i got 2 severe gluten exposures right after each other. I just got out of hospital after being on fluids and pain meds for days. I haven't been able to work this month and have almost no money, I am very stuck.

The most unexpected parts of going on a strict gluten free diet for celiac disease is that food feels satiating and I don’t snack much between meals because the food noise is gone. I had to be on Wegovy, and then Zepbound, to achieve this before. It’s great, but it feels so strange!

The entirety of October got held up complications from being celiac and I ended up in hospital for some time and it was truly horrible, they reovked my pain meds for nearly 36 letting my fibro flair ... It was truly horrible.

It's spooned over rice in my house due to several celiac disease casualties, but this is a very common weeknight dinner in my house.

E.g. Auto-immune diseases are classified by which organ they impact not their root cause. Celiac and Derm.Herpetiformis have one root cause but skin cream doesn't help celiac symptoms
