I spent two hours crafting a long directive message to my zinemaking agent, which I had used to create the 100 volumes of spermatozoon-themed zines for Cellubrate, asking it to research my favorite sites near the Gorge Amphitheater, and to compose mini-essays promoting the most mindblowing facts.

here is Cellubrate on fire! it burned magnificently. A few of the chimneys did not ignite immediately because it had drizzled a bit and so the wood was wet, but that gave levels to the burn overall. I feel so blessed that i get to do this. #cellubrate #burningman #fireArt

Cellubrate was a success! We built our giant sperm (giant relative to reality, not to burningman standards!), and it served as a real beacon to those who were lost in dust storms. One woman confessed to me that it reminded her to make another attempt at conception w her partner!

We are building a giant sperm for Burning Man this year! It will include a library of slopzines with many unique volumes on the biology, evolution, & structure of spermatozoa (not just human sperm). But it will also include liitle booklets of jizz-themed secrets, and a sound collage, and will burn!
