Using extra Cetomacrogol as a moisturiser during the day does help a bit. And taking pain relief. But mainly, nope…

Dan moet je minder vaseline hebben, of alleen de cetomacrogol proberen. Gaat meestal beter.

You can also buy it OTC for about $5. I accidentally said yes to repeats and now have several litres to get through. 😀 I slosh it on and wash it off. You can also use it as moisturiser.

Persist! Otherwise can do long term damage.
Slight flare at the moment due to stress. Cetomacrogol daily even if you do nothing else. Specialist also prescribed Dermol 2x a week.

Right. The Cetomacrogol is an over-the-counter moisturising liquid you can apply a couple of times a day to protect the skin. I get it on prescription with the Dermol.

Cetomacrogol (evt in combinatie met vasaline 10/20/50%) kan je volgens mij gewoon kopen. Ik had vandaag van Miekje ook een fijne crème die op mijn handen ook fijn ging.
