I get it makes flavor sense for it to exclude borg but its always funny to me that they have to exclude 1 creature type from these kinds of effects to stop changlings from being busted with them

Crazy man put them there by way of the coveted Heritage Foundation list of approved complicit law changlings. They are lifers but dented merchandise so for sale on the scratch and dent sale. You can find a good one on discount once in awhile but it’s hard.
