Eight months later, LilWeird is back. For the return episode, we’re traveling to the coastal desert of Peru to explore Chankillo — an ancient ceremonial complex best known for its mysterious line of thirteen towers. Built more than 2,000 years ago, Chankillo may have functioned as one of the earliest known solar observatories in the Americas.
