My eyes were too big.
It made everything else look small.
Lowering the eyes and giving proper space to the chin
made the face balanced

I realized the mouth corner curvature is critical in stylized faces.
Adding that upward flow improves the lip shape, and also reinforces cheek volume and facial rhythm.

Character update: I added more detail to the musculature and started working on parts of the outfit. I'm still deciding how much armor to add or whether to keep the design simpler.
