This seems suitable for my English language students. I was considering Year Zero Engine, but this system has truncated charsheet and ideas to effectively integrate quirks, both of which I like.

I have a special place in my heart for that trilogy of games. Really pulled me in, created such a strong illusion of a complete world. Especially 1 and 2, but even 3 with its focus on a single big city. Also with a printout charsheet features, as the rules were faithfull to the Pen and Paper rules.
