The MN15 case relies on the feds using anti-terrorism tools & authorities to investigate/prosecute Minnesotans for organizing their community.

Despite their own internal guidelines restricting such ops, Chicagoland law enforcement tasked to HSI spied on a speaking tour about Metro Surge in April.
Despite Illinois’ sanctuary laws, local police in and around Chicago helped ICE investigative agents track activists engaged in First Amendment–protected activities.
