A bit of good news: blood test last week and my cholestrol is normal after about 3 months on statins. I hope this means they will now take me off it?

I too have the hereditary cholestrol issues. Cheese is a HUGE trigger for elevating mine. I'm not on any statins at this point.

I got Psyllium Husk Powder! It's really high in fiber and helps with cholestrol while also being cheaper than Benefiber (which doesn't help much with cholesterol) WOOO!
