'that's a worthless chotchke, but this over here is an irreplaceable piece of family history'

What con would reject Shinigami Girl?

Cons allow in tables with lots of minimal art on keychains and other chotchke. Furry artists like her are producing pages of beautiful hand-drawn anthros - the focus of our fandom.
I never plug my Patreon outside of cons out of fear of being annoying, but I'm getting buried in con rejections for this summer.

Here it is if you like what I do and want to see a LOT more! I'm very active and there's lots of content and even custom art opportunities!

similar to that a.i. Icarus post, I have an old soviet desktop statue of Prometheus triumphantly holding a sputnik and I feel that whoever made that little chotchke did not fully understand the legend of Prometheus

there were like three big ones plus the parking garage, you could spend hours there. This is where I first became obsessed with the Soviet space statue in Moscow, after buying a chotchke of it from one of those expat dealers.

JFC, I didn’t realize Things Remembered, home of cheap ass embossed and engraved gift chotchke junk, was still in business!

Those label plaques are such a give away

not of that little chotchke, I can take a picture later, it's gone under the couch or something now. The complete art you can see by googling pearl jam backspacer.

what hold does Rahm Emanuel have on ‘the news’ he’s like some chotchke in the back of a drawer that keeps being rediscovered and forgotten about

12 And Jesus entered the temple area and drove out all who were buying and selling random chotchke shit there. Jesus flipped over the tables and opened up the dove cages.

13 “OH YOU SHITHEADS NOW IT IS TIME FOR MY SANDAL TO GO UP YOUR ASS" he said unto them, and drew back his foot for a mighty kick

I am considering opening a Jewish knick-knack store called Joanie Loves Chotchke.

I maintain that the best thing to drain Amazon and such is to identify and then patronize specific independent retailers of whatever chotchke you need. And really consider if whatever little electronic doohickey from EDYPHR is needed.

I don't think Biden ever put his name of any cheap foreign made chotchke so he could sell it to make money.

One of my many 'Chotchke' posters for a 'bassooncore' band I was in. Original version and limited edition print version of just the art.

A band I was in (Chotchke) once learned this song so that we could play it as part of a Valentine's Day set. It tickled us to play it over and over.

One of many posters I designed for a band that I was in for many years in San Francisco, 'Chotchke'. This was one of the more experimental ones (they were always pretty far out), featuring actual petroglyphs.

During the heyday of the band "Chotchke" in San Francisco (1993-95) I did a lot of unusual and experimental posters, such as this piece, the "Sand Drawing" one, where I put all of the info in upside-down, which I thought was rather bold.

Imagine what one could do on a golf course. Even the future East Wing Ballroom / Bunker / McDonalds / Glenda's Golden Chotchke Emporium wouldn't be much help.

Not suggesting anyone try, but isn't it obvious that someone probably will? So I guess they'll need a *portable* golden dome too. Ka-ching!

Read as much as I could without submitting myself to a Meta platform. I will never knowingly toss a penny in the direction of that soulless little robot so that he can buy another chotchke for his multi-zillion-dollar post-apocalyptic survival compound in Hawaii.

Appreciated what I did read tho.

"The hurrier I go, the behinder I get."

A saying from a chotchke in a shadow box in an Irish pub in Baltimore, Maryland.

Feels wonderfully succinct and full'o'truth.

Granted, took a bit to understand.

I like hurrier & behinder as words. New words. 🤗

Just any kind of gold chotchke will do, apparently.

Wandering though an antique shop in a rural Oregon town I have found 3 separate examples of racist chotchke.

Three.
