It features the artist himself in a surreal composition where his clothing and body position create an optical illusion—he is standing against a white wall but because he is wearing his shirt on his legs with his feet coming out the sleeves, and his pants on his torso, reaching his arms reaching upwards with his shoes on his hands, it also looks like he upside down, with his head coming out from between his legs.
