Duco, the leading platform for agentic Operations in financial services, today announced the results of its Pacesetters programme, in which an initial group of 12 clients cut the time spent on manual reconciliation operational work by an average of 76% using Duco’s agentic workspace in production trials.   The Pacesetter programme launched in June with a select group of 12 clients. Across a range of time-consuming, manual reconciliation activities, the full group of Pacesetter clients cut overall task time spent by an average of 76%. That includes reductions of more than 91% in time taken to build processes, 84% in time taken to optimize processes and more than 73% across break workflow management and investigation scenarios.    Duco’s Agentic workspace, which is now available to new and existing clients, enables agentic access to Duco’s proven, rule-based reconciliation platform via the Duco interface.
