Now if we are just talking base games, then Quake is probably my go to favorite, then classic Doom probably comes right after.

Been replaying the serious sam games with their classic versions
I enjoyed TFE a lot more than I thought I would've, it's cheap and repetitive but no other game has interated on Quake in a such a unique way.
