Farmers sue USDA for removal of climate data pages.

“Farmers are on the front lines of climate change. Purging climate change web pages doesn’t make climate change go away. It just makes it harder for farmers to adapt.” -Jeff Stein, Eathjustice

Fired government scientists just launched a new site to keep climate data public. The site is called Climate.us & it was created by former staffers behind Climate.gov, the NOAA-run website long used by many for trusted climate information."

Jobs data are fake. Climate data is fake. Crime stats are fake. Objective measurements of reality has a well-known liberal bias.

If companies can't run data centres without polluting our air and water, pushing up energy bills, abusing workers' rights, harming local communities or wrecking the climate – then they shouldn't be allowed to run them

This 15-story data tower in the heart of the Amazon collects vital climate data that is shared with Americans in California and across the country.

The Trump Administration can ignore reality and worsen the climate crisis, but California will never stop fighting for our future.

Instead of fighting senseless wars, we should be fighting climate change.

Instead of building data centers, we should be building housing.

Instead of corporate welfare give us universal healthcare.

“Drill baby drill” is a climate policy.

Gutting the EPA and FEMA is a climate policy.

Cutting access to climate and weather data is a climate policy.

Taxing renewables is a climate policy.

Defunding NSF, NOAA, and NASA is climate policy.

Watching families & communities grieve is a consequence.

Trump is destroying US weather forecasting and research because he dislikes the word "climate":

"While the phrase 'climate change' refers to manmade influence on climate via planet-warming pollution, 'climate' in NOAA parlance is simply weather observed over time..."

Google’s emissions are up 48% in 5 years. Microsoft’s are up 30% since 2020. Those soaring figures are being driven by mass investments in data centers to power AI tools.

Generative AI is a climate disaster and data center expansion must be stopped.

Global warming is real and we need to fight it.

But climate data is starting to look like NBA stats: combine enough variables and there’s always a new “record” or “first ever.”

Data matters. Not every possible combination of data does. Fear-driven statistics don’t bring solutions.
