The economic case for renewables + battery storage — which is the most climate-friendly means of sourcing energy — is so unimpeachable, even Texas gets it.
Texas shows that in the freest energy markets, solar beats fossil fuels: In 2026 the state will produce WAY more energy from solar than coal.
Naturally, Texas is also the neck and neck with CA to be the battery storage capital of America.
