If others want to amplify it, they're using Namecheap for domain and Cloudflare to proxy it. Both have abuse report avenues.

I almost resorted to cloudflare but then I got caching set up properly and my website worked a lot better. I wonder how many out there just signed up for cloudflare instead of getting their stack right.
