on est pas allé tout à fait au bout du chemin mais c'est un peu ce qui se passe dans ma discipline: on regarde principalement que tu as déjà co-encadré (même si on évalue pas du tout ce que les encadrés ont pensé de toi, maintenant il y a quand même des formations obligatoires au management)
