Pretend Again sued Comfykinz for having "stars" on their diapers. Comfykinz couldn't afford to fight it (even though it's obvious Pretend Again doesn't own the concept of stars on diapers), so Comfykinz had to fold. Totally frivolous lawsuit, but since they couldn't afford to fight it, they're gone.
