I will always be grateful for my creativity. For me, writing my silly fantasy books and drawing my cringey comics has helped me when I'm feeling anxious and overwhelmed. It's been there through grief, depression, and heartbreak as a comfort blanket, as an escape.

Pro tip for all my comic peeps. If you pick up any fonts today from Comic Craft's early sale, make sure you actually install them. I went to buy a few and found I already had them from past sales.

Question for #ComicsProfessionals: Instead of "breaking into comics" advice:

1. What's your advice about "saying in" comics? What are your tips for getting work reliably?

2. If you've taken a leave from the industry before, do you have advice for getting back in?

Been m.i.a. these past few weeks because a.) I suck at concept art and b.) I’m slow af at art in general.

Layouts usually take me the longest but once I get it all sorted everything else kinda just flies.

Anybody got h4x for speedrunning comix? #makecomics
