Computacenter #CCC.L H1 results are impressive, N America now the biggest past of the business. Outlook equally positive, with adjusted PBT for 2026 to be significantly ahead of market expectations and no less than £380M. Driven by hyperscaling, enterprise and neocloud (new one for me) customers.

Page numéro 1 du tract “Action contre les licenciements” de Solidaires Computacenter : Action contre les licenciements Depuis quelques mois, les licenciements économiques déguisés se multiplient sous des motifs grotesques et fallacieux. Avec la perte de plusieurs contrats et le risque de fermeture du site de Perpignan, un “dégraissage” social est lancé. N’importe quel salarié du service desk peut être impacté. Les personnes en intercontrats sont également poussées vers la sortie. Évidemment, la direction refuse de donner les chiffres de l’évolution des effectifs dans chaque site mois par mois. Les motifs de départ restent également mystérieux. L’entreprise refuse les licenciements collectifs pour éviter que les salariés s’organisent et revendiquent des indemnités importantes. Ensuite, un “plan social” peut attirer la lumière médiatique et donner une mauvaise image de l’entreprise. Des licenciements économiques peuvent surtout souligner l’incompétence de la direction dans la gestion de l’entreprise. Pour gérer la “masse salariale”, Computacenter favorise le turnover et le départ sans indemnité. Constats, sanctions, calomnies, délations, harcèlements, démissions forcées et licenciements abusifs sont banalisés. Diverses “consignes” visent également une dégradation générale des conditions de travail. Face à cette situation, il faut s’organiser et riposter. Page numéro 2 du tract “Action contre les licenciements” de Solidaires Computacenter : Tu subis un problème de sanction ou de licenciement, il faut en parler avec les collègues pour produire des attestations. Il faut toujours contester par écrit le moindre reproche et contacter ton syndicat pour riposter. Il est possible d’entamer une démarche juridique, voire agir collectivement pour ne pas se laisser broyer par une direction en roue libre. Tu veux partir, il faut éviter de démissionner. C’est un départ sans indemnités ni droit au chômage. Il est également important de contacter le syndicat pour discuter collectivement de la meilleure stratégie à adopter. Face aux différents problèmes dans l’entreprise, il reste indispensable de ne pas rester isolé. Il faut en discuter avec les collègues, contacter le syndicat et s’organiser pour agir collectivement. Je crois que cette année le record de facturation de nombre de jours (dans l'IT) d'une seule personne ne va aller ni à Atos ni à Accenture mais à Computacenter.

Ils ont facturé une personne plus de 800 jours (sur plusieurs clients) et on est pas encore au 31/12.

J'ai jamais vu ça.
