When you have MCTD (mixed connective tissue disease) and CvEDS (Cardiovalvuler Ehrlos Danlos Syndrome), you become very aware of each and every one of these body parts/systems!

I don't think the issue with Black Desert Offline is a day one patch--the issue is its total lack of meaning, lack of intent or meaningful story. It's a game with no connective tissue and just an endless list of things to do.
