The draft is conscripted labor at best, not regulation of the male body itself. Even if this were an example of men's bodies being regulated (it's not), why is it at all relevant or useful as an example in this context?

1/2 The issue is that the core problem is when a person is harmed or discriminated against on the basis of a supposed group membership (& this can be done when a group is invented & they’re conscripted into it) & a key mitigant against this is to reject groups as an organising principle of society
