And, fwiw, all clergy ordained by Episcopal Church women bishops were restricted in how they could serve in Church of England until 2014 because the C of E did not accept authority of women bishops. And tho ordained by a male bishop I was asked if any of that bishop’s consecrators had been women.

that’s what i was thinking. i can’t find it now, but i thought i saw a cdl. fernandez quote to the effect of having to decide if it’s schism later, even though it’s definitely excommunication for those who attempted the consecration, both as consecrators and as consecrandi

Some interesting facts: E W Tufnell, the first Bishop of Brisbane, was one of the consecrators. Webber was the only bishop in the Australian episcopate in whose consecration Tufnell participated. St John the Evangelist in Holborn was bombed in the Blitz and later demolished.
