For a secret exchange I had @curious-insanity.bsky.social and decided to draw both her Sailor White Pearl Quoll and Sailor Delphinus because they're both so lovely.

Two ACEO / ATC / Art Card / sketch card sized marker illustrations of two original Sailor Moon characters, both of which belong to Curious-Insanity. On the left is Sailor White Pearl Quoll of the Crystal Animamates and on the right is Sailor Delphinus of the Constellation Senshi. Quoll is a young Aboriginal Australian woman with deep brown skin and darker brown hair in a brown and white Sailor Moon uniform. She is looking to the side peacefully in front of a pastel rainbow background. Delphinus is a light brown-skinned Aboriginal Australian/Irish woman with long dark blue and purple hair and a white/blue/purple uniform that has a scallop shell theme she is facing slightly to the side but looking out the corner of her eyes, which have some undereye shadow. This is my Secret Santa for Omylle for the exchange CrystalAnimamates and Constellation-Senshi held for winter 2024/2025. Omylle requested no holiday type stuff, so I honored that and I hope I did her justice. She is a ridiculously beautiful senshi!

I was delighted to be assigned @yurehara.bsky.social 's beautiful Sailor Indus for the Secret Senshi exchange over on dA. What a fantastic excuse to go all-in on some shiny, anime-style shading!

An anime-style headshot illustration of a Sailor Moon fancharacter. She has mid-tone skin, rich brown eyes, and dark reddish-purple hair with pink highlights. She has ornate gold and pearl earrings, a star on her tiara, and a red choker with a star. Her sailor collar is orange with a single white stripe and there are petal-like cap sleeves coming out from beneath it. Her front bow is a deep red with a gold and orange round brooch with the Indus constellation on it. She is framed by a gold and red ring.

I figured I should start posting some of the stuff I've been working on in stream! First up, a reference sheet for Meighei of her Deep Space Senshi, Urania.
A reference sheet for Urania, a sailor senshi. She is in her undies on the right, showing her hair down and her glowing constellation markings. In the middle is a view of her whole uniform, along with her personal item, a globe with a compass attached by a chain. On the left is close up views of her bows and her personal item.

Wish I'd had some sunlight to take pics in before I sent these off to their new home as the scans didn't get their colors right but these aren't quite there either. Still, a bit closer.

Armor is one of the things on my "learn this" list. Here's two of the practice sketches I did this year: @artbybrooke.bsky.social 's #BG3 halfling cleric Amaretto and @diluculi.bsky.social Alpha Sailor Canis Minor, both great characters.

#MyArt #Sketch #BaldursGate3 #Constellation-Senshi #BG3Art
Character is Amaretto, a halfling war cleric belonging to ArtByBrooke. Pencil sketch (digitally tinted) of a halfling woman with braids and pigtails in a full set of Justicar armor. She is posed with one foot on a rock, one arm up with magic in her hand, and the other clutching a bow. She has a wicked grin as she looks at the viewer. Character is Alpha Sailor Canis Minor, who belongs to Diluculi and is part of Constellation-Senshi. A pencil drawing tinted digitally of a woman in sci-fi armor that includes jacket ears as part of the helmet. She is posed in a wide stance, her body turned to that one arm is facing back and one is angled forward to the opposite side, as if she readying to attack. She has a confident smile and is focused on her opponent. There is a swirl of dust or smoke that starts at her foot, leads up around her and off behind her in an "s" shape.

How did everyone pick their username or Vtuber name?

For me, I chose the name Orian as an intentional misspelling of the constellation Orion. I wanted the idea of being a hunter of dreams. As for Senshi? A friend of mine gave me that name because he saw my struggles and saw me as a warrior.

How did everyone pick their username or Vtuber name?

For me, over a decade and half ago, in my Yu-Gi-Oh days irl I was well known for wearing a hat, so everyone called me Hat back then, and I was well known for making Dragon Decks to play, and loved dragons just in general

How did everyone pick their username or Vtuber name?

My whole shtick is about the paradox gruesomeness and life come together (mushrooms and Day if the Dead specifically). Swamps fit that theme as they are teeming with life, yet are seen as disgusting cause that life isn't 'pretty'
