After all these months of being jobless, while I haven't ended my search, I realize that I in no way want a straight day job where I have to serve a mission for others beneath them in a hierarchy painfully constricting my expression to professional codes anymore. And my writing is meaningful to me.
So I'm incredibly financially precarious, with no income but mutual aid & believe me begging is not lucrative enough for folks to live the high life off it contrary to what selfish middle class capitalists think, my partner has a full time job that doesn't cut it to care of everything. I job search.

As [the same as you, and a transhumanist], I am glad for some pushback against MAGA, but I know that what will come next will be just as frustrating and rights-constricting as we've endured for decades, just in different ways. But, for a little while, I'll enjoy the defeat of many true slimeballs.

I often tend to wear men's jeans. If the hips fit, the waist is too big, but it's close enough that a belt will make them wearable without me having to hoik them up every 5 minutes. And I quite like waistbands not being too constricting.
