Many #ContractFaculty can't put down roots on campus because their jobs are unstable. OCUFA calls for an 11.75% increase in funding investment in our universities over the next five years to create good jobs, strong campuses, and strong communities. #TogetherWeCan #Fairness4CF ocufa.on.ca/fairness
A group of people of diverse identities stands around an image of the Ontario legislative building with a circle pointing at the building, which reads 11.75%. Some people are smiling, some have their fists raised. A banner under them reads: Together, we can! Under the banner, a message box contains the statement: Together, we can create more good jobs on campus. Hiring contract faculty into tenured or permanent positions will create more good jobs on our campuses and ensure students have access to the quality learning experience they deserve. The background has yellow and blue lines in a sunburst style emanating from the group of people. In the bottom left of the image, there is a website link for ocufa.on.ca/fairness, and on the bottom right is the OCUFA logo.
