At my work every year, we do a cookie bake off. It’s all good fun & a whole lot of trash talking leading up to it. I combined a chocolate cookie recipe I had with the classic Nanaimo bar. What do you think? They look good? Hope they’re good enough for the votes!

Made these salted caramel and chocolate chunk cookies the other day. ~4oz and 4" around. Thick and chewy in the center, crisp on the outside edge. I random dipped the next batch so the chunks weren't so perfect. Absolutely delicious. #bake #cookies #bakingsky #cookiebakeoff #cottagebaker
