The sesame-soy sauce gave a strong hit of flavor, but I left a little of the pasta water to give me a bit of broth. Delicious. I cooked the noodles by themselves so the peas that were in the soup base ended up being inedible because I wasn’t willing to soak them and let the noodles get mushy. This was like a hot and sour soup with a tomato base, and light on the “hot.” I really enjoyed it while picking around the peas. #corrieramenadventures".

The broth was delicious but the brown rice noodles were super meh and did not pick up any of the flavor. The chunky peanuts fell to the bottom of the cup; they may have helped the noodles if there was a way of making them stick better. #corrieramenadventures".
