ja, das ist ein Corticoid-Spray für die Lunge.
Der Grund für den trockenen Husten sind die noch entzündeten, gereizten Bronchien.

It's the 4th? 5th? day in a row that I sleep 4h or less (I'm taking corticoid pills, pretty sure that's why).

I can't keep doing this. My body is going to crash and burn. Please help.

I don't even feel tired it's just. The sleep doesn't stick.

#apaperaday last non antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) themed one before we go to attend the N1C and #OTS2025 meetings this weekend. Today's pick is from Steroids by de Vera et al, on a clinical trial studying the mineral corticoid receptor effects of vamorolone. Doi 10.1016/j.steroids.2025.109689.

Life exists on land because an ancient jawless fish's master receptor duplicated. The Glucocorticoid Receptor (GR) was cloned from the Mineralocorticoid Receptor (MR). It gave us the twin engines essential to life: water, salt, and energy. Without this, you don't exist. Yes, you are related to fish.

Uuuii.. hatte früher Ähnliches. Diese KomboMedis helfen nur bei hoher Dosis.

Habe Salmeterol und Corticoid getrennt angewendet. Und über Jahre ausgeschlichen. Das morgendliche Abhusten wurde notwendige Routine.

Salmeterol nehme ich 1-2 monatl. Peakflow bis 250 kann ich durchhalten. Will frei sein.

Furthermore, it is an antagonist of the mineral corticoid receptor, where prednisone and deflazacort are agonists. This means that vamorolone leads to lower blood pressure, which is normally good for Duchenne patients (less stress for the heart), but counterproductive in stressed situations.

Looks like the mineral corticoid receptor (MR) is intracellular. Hangs out in the cytoplasm http://hyper.ahajournals.org/content/46/6/1227.full

You are deferring to the reptilian part of your brain. Deep breath and the corticoid part-the part where your intelligence is lurking

3. When a very agressive german shepherd came with a bee sting in his mouth and they wanted us to treat the dog without previous sedation because they claimed "that could kill the dog". My colleague even tried to inject a corticoid in his back paw risking her safety and in the end the owner >
