#CosplayTutorial This is how I cleanly cut these holes through 5mm foam! Heat the foam so that it gets soft (don't melt it!) then while the foam is still warm hammer a leather punch cutter where you want the hole and push it through.

Posting this separately because I learned a bit ago that you can use Tulip brand spray fabric paint as a sprayable color primer over your plastidip on foam armor and it stays completely flexible! Also works great for painting shoes!
