キャッシュクリアの機能が表にでてなかった（DMAから呼べるだけ）ので、それを表に出して「全体クリア」「自分のCPUのものだけクリア」の二種類（現状では同じ）をつけましょう&CPUIDを取得できるようにしましょう（今は0固定）

SMP対応は、当然存在する未来です。

Software-update - HWMonitor 1.68
CPUID, bekend van onder andere CPU-Z, heeft versie 1.68 van HWMonitor uitgebracht. Dit programma is in staat om de waardes uit te lezen van een groot aantal sensors van onder andere moederborden, videokaarten en harde schijven. Informatie zoals temperaturen, spanningen en snelheden van ventilators kunnen dan in een overzichtelijk scherm worden weergegeven. Er is ook een betaalde Pro-versie, die het onder meer mogelijk maakt om andere pc's in het netwerk in de gaten te houden. In deze uitgave zijn de volgende verbeteringen aangebracht: HWMonitor 1.68

I don’t know why AMD hasn’t released support for execute-only memory on their non-Sony CPUs. Based on the PS5 Linux kernel patch, it looks like a straightforward EFER enable bit and a new PTE bit 58 “NDA: no data access”. I’m guessing that there is a CPUID bit somewhere too.

A screenshot of the CPUID Wikipedia page. It says that the Microsoft x86-to-ARM emulator reports its ID string as "AuthenticAMD" and that Apple's Rosetta 2 reports its ID string as "GenuineIntel".

Rychlý kompresní algoritmus Zstd se v jádře využívá na několika místech, například pro transparentní kompresi dat Zswap, Zram, SquashFS, EROFS, Btrfs a F2FS. V současnosti se nejprve zjistí, jestli x86 podporuje instrukce BMI2 (od Intel Haswell a AMD Excavator) a pokud ano, použijí se místo generických instrukcí x86. Problém je, že dotaz na instrukce BMI2 (dvě serializované CPUID instrukce) trvá celkem dlouho a toto se volá v případě SquashFS pro každý  blok. V případě EROFS, Btrfs a F2FS pro platí každou operaci. Usama Arif ve středu navrhl opravu, kdy se přítomnost instrukcí BMI2 zjišťuje jen jednou a pak se používá tato hodnota. Při testu crypto_acomp s bloky 4 kB je komprese rychlejší o 18 % a dekomprese o 71 %. To je extrémní případ, protože jde o virtualizaci nad KVM a každý CPUID je v tomto případě velmi dlouhý.
