I’ve been enjoying some downtime, but I’m still RIGHT HERE!Fresh batch of “JCs” (Jalapeno Cheddar) smoked up for a client.Whole ingredients make for a great sausage. I’ll be making more sausages soon. Both Jalapeño Cheddar and regular (brisket/pork) smoked sausage. #eat #bbq #pitmaster #goodfood #food #smokedmeat #craftbbq #ribs #brisket #sausage #homemade #fresh #smallbusiness #glizzy
