For the last 30 days I've been making a concerted effort to post everyday in the #Create30 challenge.

It's helped me build a system to make it easier everyday and become part of my routine, which I hope to continue with - more posts about #gamedev and #solodev incoming 💪

I have trouble with momentum too.
Pretty sure #create30 will help with that!

Hi Tracy. I'm doing #create30 too. Quitting the formulas and pursuing curiosity I can completely agree with!

Unhustled in One Word: FREEDOM.

📚 Freedom from reading guilt.
🚫 Freedom from “must-read” lists and productivity hacks.
🔥 Freedom to explore books your way—without apology.

You should read fantasy books because they can help you see the magic in your world more clearly.

My 5-Year Reflection... (and a look ahead)

I'm disappointed in where I am as a creator online. Zero progress because of inaction.

But in 2025 I am...

..making progress.

.....improving my consistency.

........stretching my boundaries.

I AM EXCITED FOR THE NEXT 5-YEARS!

Myth: I'm too small for hackers to notice me.

Truth: Hackers use automated tools to scan for weak passwords, outdated software, and unsecured accounts. If you’re online, you’re a target.

Fortinet reports that approximately 43% of all cyberattacks are directed at small businesses.

What resource has significantly impacted my work?

Cal Newport's podcast, Deep Questions.

Back in 2020 I was introduced to his book So Good They Can't Ignore You. That lead me to his podcast, and I've consumed anything he's created since then.

In 2020, I made $20k teaching journaling, then froze. I was bored, burned out, and stopped reading. ADHD guilt & 'should-read' lists killed my love for books. So I quit the formulas, pursued curiosity, and found joy again. Now I write newsletters for readers like me. #Create30

My number 1 tool? Without a doubt it's Field Notes. I use these notebooks for everything. Such as daily checklists, a log book, a calendar, an idea machine, and lately, I have even used it as my wallet.

Most importantly, I think they are super pretty.

Online creators often launch with a minimum viable product. Their MVP.

Today, while thinking about how to help protect them from threats, I had an idea...

Minimum Viable Security. MVS.

Doing enough to be protected, without wasting money and time.

What do you think about this idea?

I’ve been learning a lot about myth lately.

This week I started reading The Power of Myth by Joseph Campbell and Bill Moyers. Here are a few things that have stuck out to me so far ⬇️

📚 The best books don’t tell you what to think. They make you want to think.

That’s why I read for curiosity, not for self-improvement. #Create30

Have you ever read a book that made you rethink something—without trying to change your mind?

Last March I shared how email security could keep YOUR emails from being delivered to the inbox..

I still believe it, but if I were to write this now I’d be more adamant that it’s your RESPONSIBILITY to set it up correctly.

Productivity bros want you to read only for knowledge.

BookTok wants you to read only for vibes.

I say: Read for you. No one else. #Create30

What’s a book you read purely because it sounded interesting to you—not because someone said you "should" or "must?"
