Let us not forget its VERY ESSENTIAL WIN against Nintendo in their lawsuits to stifle/shut it down. Since, lets be honest: IF nintendo DID win any of those post-creation copy-right claims, we'd really be FUCKED when it comes to any sort of dev, indie or otherwise making a creatue collect game.
