Monsoon Depression 96W (CrisingPH) is exhibiting more curvature to its convection lately. Propably consequently JTWC has put it under Tropical Cyclone Formation Alert. Models suggest is that this could turn into a typhoon especially in the SCS. Next name on the list is Wipha. #tropicswx
