I generally skip the pre- and post- shows. After a few decades (off & on) I can pretty much read the race when it's running. No need to suffer more of the banality of Crofty, Kravitz, et al.

I have F1TV, so I listen to Alex Jaques, Jolyon Palmer, and David Coulthard. I can't stand Crofty either (Don't like Sky Sports F1 as a whole really)
So the pre and post shows are really okay on F1TV, including Techtalk.
