Trump’s self-enriching cryptocurrency scheme is leaving a bad taste in the mouths of some of his biggest supporters.

I suppose it's too much to ask that big accounts be above circulating stories sourced to a "crypto commentator." Maybe pick up the phone and ask someone with subject expertise?
If this is true -- a very big if -- it is surely how McConnell would have wanted to go: exploiting the timing of the death of major figures (Scalia, RBG) for cynical partisan gain.
Republicans may be running out the clock on disclosing whether McConnell is even alive, purely so a filing deadline slides past and Thomas Massie can't grab the seat. A man's actual mortality reduced to a procedural loophole for gatekeeping power.
